VentureLink Advisory Private Limited is an independent private consulting firm. We are not a bank, NBFC, lender, or a government body, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government department. Scheme names and portals belong to their issuing authorities; we help you prepare and navigate the process correctly.

We provide advisory and documentation support — assessing eligibility, preparing paperwork to the applicable standards, and guiding an application through to the relevant lender or authority.

The final decision on any loan, sanction, subsidy, registration or approval rests solely with the concerned lender or authority. We do not and cannot guarantee any particular outcome, amount, rate or timeline.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and lawful information and documents. We rely on what you give us, and we are not responsible for outcomes affected by information that is inaccurate, incomplete or withheld.

Our fee is a fixed professional charge for the advisory and documentation work, quoted and agreed in advance. Payments are made only to VentureLink Advisory Private Limited through authorised company channels, never into personal accounts. Please see the Pricing Notice for details.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the services is limited to the professional fees you have paid us for the specific engagement. We are not liable for decisions made by lenders or authorities, or for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
