Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how you or VentureLink Advisory Private Limited may cancel an engagement, and what happens to work and fees when an engagement is cancelled.

01Cancelling an engagement
You may cancel an engagement at any time by informing us in writing using the contact details at the end of this page. Cancellation takes effect when we acknowledge your request.
02Effect on work in progress
On cancellation, we stop further work. Any work already performed up to the point of cancellation remains chargeable, and any refund is handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
03Cancellation by us
We may decline or discontinue an engagement — for example, where required information is not provided, where a request falls outside our services, or where continuing would be unlawful or improper. Where we do so, we will explain the position and settle fees fairly for work done.
04Government and third-party steps
Applications or filings already submitted to a lender or authority follow that body's own process and cannot be withdrawn by us once lodged, except as that body permits.
