This notice explains how VentureLink Advisory Private Limited charges for its services. Our aim is that you always know the fee before any work begins.

01Fixed professional fees
Our fee is a fixed professional charge based on the scope of the work involved. It is quoted and agreed with you in advance and set out in writing before we begin, so there are no surprise charges at the end.
02Taxes
Fees are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), which is charged in addition at the prevailing rate and shown separately on your invoice. Our GSTIN is stated at the foot of this page.
03Government and statutory charges
Any government, statutory or third-party charges — for example, portal or registration fees payable to an authority — are separate from our professional fee and are payable to the relevant authority.
04Authorised payments only
All payments must be made only in the name of VentureLink Advisory Private Limited through our officially authorised payment channels. We do not accept payments into personal bank accounts or under any other name. Please verify payment details before making any transaction.
