Refund Policy
This policy explains when professional fees paid to VentureLink Advisory Private Limited may be refunded. Our fees are for professional advisory and documentation work, and refund eligibility depends on how much of that work has been carried out.

01Before work begins
If you cancel an engagement before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a refund of the professional fee paid, less any transaction charges actually incurred.
02Once work has commenced
Because our fee pays for professional time and prepared work, fees become non-refundable to the extent that work has already been performed — for example, once eligibility assessment, documentation or an application has been prepared or filed on your behalf.
03Government and third-party charges
Any statutory, government or third-party charges paid to authorities or other providers are governed by those authorities' own rules and are not refundable by us.
04No outcome guarantee
Our fee is for the professional work we perform, not for a particular outcome. A loan, subsidy, registration or approval not being granted by the concerned lender or authority is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
05How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us using the details at the end of this page with your engagement reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
